DOLAN, Justice. These actions of tort are brought to recover compensation for personal injuries sustained by the minor plaintiff and for consequential damages. See G.L.(Ter.Ed.) c. 231, Γ§ 6A, inserted by St.1939, c. 372, Γ§ 1.
